How Elev8 Drip Hydration Therapy collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Effective: July 16, 2026 · Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elev8 Drip Hydration Therapy (“Elev8,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you visit elev8driphydration.com (the “Site”), contact us, or receive our mobile and in-studio IV hydration services (together, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Medical information you provide in connection with treatment is also protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and is described more fully in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
1. Use by minors
The Site and Services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Treatment of a minor, where offered, requires the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
2. Protected health information
When you receive clinical services from Elev8, we collect health information necessary to screen you, prepare a treatment, and deliver care safely. That information is “protected health information” and is handled in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls to the extent it conflicts with this Policy for health information.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity & contact details — name, phone number, email, and the address where you request a mobile visit.
- Health-intake information — the answers you give on our screening forms, such as medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and treatment goals.
- Booking & service details — appointment times, service location, the formulas you select, and visit notes.
- Payment information — billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Communications — messages, texts, emails, and call records when you contact us or we confirm a booking.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics collected automatically.
4. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you book, fill out an intake or consent form, call, text, email, or receive a visit.
- Automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site (see “Your rights & choices” for controls).
- From service providers such as our scheduling, payment, and analytics partners who help us operate the Services.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- Screen you for eligibility and provide safe, appropriate treatment;
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on your visits;
- Process payments and maintain records of services rendered;
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
- Send service messages and, where you have opted in, marketing about offers and memberships (you may opt out anytime); and
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services or as required by law, including with:
- Our clinicians and staff involved in your care;
- Service providers (scheduling, payment processing, communications, IT, and analytics) bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety; and
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain medical and business records, and meet legal, tax, and professional-recordkeeping requirements. Medical records are retained for the period required by applicable Florida and federal law.
8. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your information by keeping your contact and account details confidential.
9. Payments
Payments are handled by third-party processors. Your card data is transmitted directly to and stored by those processors under their own terms and security standards. We receive only limited details, such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
11. Your rights & choices
You may:
- Access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us;
- Opt out of marketing by using the unsubscribe link in emails, replying STOP to texts, or contacting us;
- Manage cookies through your browser settings; and
- Exercise rights regarding your medical records as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law (see the California section below).
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. You can still manage tracking through your browser and device settings.
13. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
15. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to or deletion of that information; to correct inaccurate information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify your identity before responding and may use an authorized agent process where permitted by law.
